Looking forward to following this remarkable journey of Robert's. Always seems to be a hater in every crowd, maybe because he's lacking something.

I look forward to this thread whether he's making it up or not! I can't imagine going to new ground and trying to find good places to set and be effective. I have to take a year to learn a place to find the good spots vs the duds

Had the states of ND and Neb panned out better, his numbers would have been even stronger right now... He said in Oct before he left Aerial might be a problem up there. Good thing for His Plan B's..
determination and No quit.. it was on to his plan B's instead of throwing in the towel.

Something else that’s gonna throw his numbers are Nebraska’s everyday check law. My hats off to the fella.

Yep, have to check traps every day here in Kansas. Makes it that much more impressive.

I need to convince my farmers to switch from crops to feedlots. Hahaha

That is good, I have to go to KS in a couple weeks, I should just skip the wedding and go visit you.

To anybody doubting what trapperne is saying, he is a furbuyer in NE. He has his finger on the pulse of what some guys are capable of.

Go get them Robert and that goes to anyone with the work ethic and imagination to make those kind of catches

No reason to rag on 330. I edited the posts AND PM'd Phil about it.

My goal here is to keep the thread active.

Let me worry about it.

Wasn't raggin on 330--he was the last one I seen giving out warnings for name calling-namely Boco-who wasn't really name calling-at least not to anyone personally....This was a little more personal I would say. And just to be clear I don't know either of these guys or Boco either for that matter.

I'm not singling anyone out, I can though if that works better. Seems to me there is a lot of interest in the thread. If a bunch of you want to ruin it I'll deal with that too.

Thank you White for moderating a bit. I have been a popular facebook page moderator. Well popular in our little town and it was miserable. I am really enjoying the thread and the information about the quest. I would like for it to be able to get into details but everyone would likely ruin that. Like what when where why and how on sets and what not. Not that it would help me to much this level of trapping is far above my pay grade but just to get details on the work involved. What he is documenting is great in and of itself though. He likely doesn't have the time to go into what i am interested in lol.

And for the record i might be interested in purchasing a hide from the quest as well. Not that i know that it is a record or something but that it was documented and the story behind it exists.

It seems to me that just the planning, logistics, permissions etc are a monumental achievement....even if the goal isn't reached.
