Never could work with them it’s like wearing socks on my hands then the colder it gets the stiffer they are. Not for me but that’s a lot to do with why my hands are thumping everyday now.

Harbor Freight for me too. They all get holes, so why spend $30-$50 on a pair when you can get them for $6?

I've gone to the yellow Atlas 772 gloves. Best dexterity out there, and hold up well. They are pretty much the same as the gut glove, for half the cost.
Cheap enough when you get a hole in one, you can have a spare pair or three for the same price as the other gauntlets.
Like others said, when it is cold wear gloves underneaty and replace as needed. Wearing gloves also keeps the gloves and your hands smelling better! Where do you buy them Mike? snareone.com

I have been very impressed with the Atlas gloves. Good dexterity, and they seem to hold up fairly well, especially for the price. I wish Atlas made a full length shoulder gauntlet.
For deep water trapping I like the Cold Creek shoulder gauntlets. They hold up well.

I only use the Atlas gloves as well. They run small 330 so if you want to run a thin liner, even my small hands, needs the XL size. I only wear the large size in warm temps. Not getting a thin glove under the large size.
Like said, dexterity is very good with the Atlas brand...and hold up well for the money.
Remember, ATV, mud motors and even gas Ice auger exhausts make good hand warmers.....but when it comes to rubber gauntletts, there's only a millisecond difference between "oh that's nice and warm" and running around trying to put the lava that spilled on your hands out in a snowbank.
