Butch, you back home? Sounds like you had fun! WTG! Yep, had a good time and thanks for putting together the "Rays" for me. Hit the storm on Saturday morning and my truck had an inch of ice on it before I got to Columbia MO,

Never heard of or seen a "Death Ray".
Are they really better than a .22? (without going into dispatch details please) By PM only....thx

The death rays are the only way to travel. Lee has built an incredibly useful tool for trappers.

Do you use the death rays for coon or other animals?

Yes you can use it for other animals.
It is more blessed to give than to receive

No word from the coyote killer today. Must be catching a nap I guess I'll have to call him.
Made the call.
9 coyotes and 4 coon
It's been hard cold rolling Into this new ground. But he did pick up a paying job so that will help with the over head. Has out about 100 sets and has a student from WI with him.

The Death Ray is awesome. Not to mention Mr. Lee likes to chat. Really enjoy doing business with him. I picked up one of his fleshing knives too just before he went on his line. What a guy and great products and service. Nice to know there are folks out there that still talk to their customers. He kept me up to date.

He has to move some coon meat to some customers for Super Bowl Sunday so He said he probably has about 10 days left. I doubt he will be trapping Into Feb since coyotes will be breaking down. He won't be trapping worth less coyotes just to make the 1000.
I'll let you know when he makes the decision to quit the quest. But he Is already planning on next years quest.

The old saying No Rest for The Wicked applies here. I know He has a paid gig out west In March. Then of coarse he will be trapping hogs some place In the spring. And I'm sure there are some out of sate beaver jobs he has lined up. A rolling stone gathers no moss also comes to mind.
I was talking to Bill Duke the other day and He made this comment about Robert. He said you know Gary It's kind of special that you and I are friends with a legend. I don't think Robert would agree with us but he has my vote.
