Target's "either sex" rest room policy has had another incident.

A Texas woman filed a report with the Harris County Sheriff's office after a man entered the women's fitting room area. The woman said she noticed that a cell phone camera was being held and pointed right at her from under the fitting room door.

"It's an invasion of privacy. I feel like no one should go through that. It was horrifying," she told television station KTRK.

Target refused to allow the woman to view the store's surveillance tape of the incident. Only after the sheriff's office became involved did Target release the video.

Ironically, Target gave the same talking points it gives every time something this happens...Target claims that "the safety of our guests and team members is our top priority."

It seems Target's real "top priority" is to allow men to continue entering women's fitting rooms and restrooms.

I stopped shopping there shortly after they had their open door policy on their restrooms.

There have been many sexual assaults by men in Target as a result. You don't hear about it from the immoral, liberal media because they agree with Target's policy.

Why a multi use bathroom is set up for more then 1 person at a time is just asking for trouble, in the rush to be woke first people are not thinking things through.

Should be what you was born with to determine which bathroom to use.

This was in a fitting room. When she seen the camera she should have kicked the door open. JMO

Maybe I'm not following, but what does a restroom policy have to do with a man entering the womens dressing room area? If the dressing rooms are separated, restroom policy is irrelevant.

They encourage freakism , voyeurism , sexual assualt , and infringement of personal privacy with their libtard bathroom policies

It is obvious the store policies put this women at risk. A lot of you don't like lawyers but this lady needs one and any settlement must require Target to change policy. Money would benefit only her. A change in policy would benefit society. James would probably represent her pro bono.
