In MN the sportsmans covers trapping. Did not realize that, Thanks! I am not much of a trapper if we are being honest but it will be nice to be able to come "home" and trap.

In Alaska I'm not aware of a graduated lifetime license.
Residents under the age of 18 do not need to purchase a hunting, sport fishing, or trapping license.
Residents over the age of 60 get free hunting, sport fishing, and trapping licenses.

Residents over the age of 60 get free hunting, sport fishing, and trapping licenses. Also disabled vets get a free license I hope that applies to residents and non-residents.

Residents only and for a 100% disability. Members of the military serve our country not just their state of residency. That law should be changed.

Does your state have graduated cost lifetime licenses? NC is adding lifetime trapping licenses this year. I gave my son one and also my grandson got one when he was born. I see they are $300 and I'll be getting mine. I'm assuming $300 for all ages. NC usually has discounts for lifetimes of 1years old, 1-11 yrs, then full price for 11 and up.

I would NEVER purchase a lifetime license. The way my luck runs, I would buy it and drop dead the next day !!! w

I bought the lifetime comprehensive hunting and fishing license back in 2001 when they offered it and it paid for itself a long time ago. I have to buy a 17.00 dollar trapping license and a federal duck stamp and that is it. You could if you wanted to, travel around to all the different counties and shoot bonus deer that each county allows and all those tags and whatever license for say firearm, archery, muzzleloader are all included.

I believe it's 50% disabled for that license Active military CAN buy resident licenses under certain circumstances

Nebraska does. Hunting, fishing, trapping, habitat stamp, aquatic stamp, and state waterfowl stamp. I bought mine 8 years ago cost 1600$ for all. I’m almost ahead the staple seems to up the cost of licenses every two years.
There is no try or try not, only a coyote in the trap or not.
