I haven't sold fur there in years. Well since I was a kid with my dad. This year I have been mentoring a young trapper and he wants to sell fur at the malvern auction but it's been so long since I have sold anything there I dnt remember the process. Do we just zip tie everything up by species and just show up and tell em we are here to sell some fur and they give him a lot number? Can someone just tell me the whole process so we dnt look like fools lol. Also I know he has to join southwestern fur takers to sell fur there. Can he do that the morning of the sale?

Show up and get assigned a lot number All sub lots are .25 per lot to lot in.
No more than 27 sub lots. Lotting starts after 6 in the morning.
Commission is still 5% plus the membership fee of $10. You can have as many hides as you want in any one sub lot but they ask to not bundle anymore that 5 green beaver it 10 green coins together.
Makes them easier to carry to the buyers table. Hope this helps
