MTP crunch proof swivel

In Ontario we are not aloud to use any long springs for coyote or fox, none meet aihts certification, in order to meat regs it’s either rubber jawed or offset jaws, centre baseplate swivel only, with a max chain length of 12.2 inches with and inline shock absorber (spring) when they are attached to a solid anchor point, anchor point has to be an earth anchor or double 30” rebar stakes with a swivel. When useing a drag chain you still need your 12.2 inches of chain with inline shock absorbers and centre baseplate. Drag chains should be 2 1/2 times body length of target catch to prevent anchor having a “whipping” effect. I’m not sure sure on Alberta’s regulations but I would verify before you got to far into modifying what you have. Not trying to sound negative or a jerk and please don’t inturped the wrong way only mentioning what our laws are in Ontario
