The World health organization is part of the UN-Yukon,your lost. This is an internationall crisis and can only be addressed realistically and effectively by a world organization, not piece meal by isolated separate countries. The USA would be much more effective in steering the Un from the inside and with the spirit of co-operation with other countries on our planet, not by being isolationist. We live in and are part of a global family, and this pandemic and its effect on the world economy among other things should knock the blinders off all but the most backward people.

Your calling my country a leech, lol your the biggest leach sucking up the worlds resourses.Every country should be working to make the UN succeed, not working against it.Especially now.Maybe this crisis will be a wake up call to the world. This crisis certainly woke me up. Shutting off immigrants and travel from Muslim countries isn't enough. America should have shut it's borders down to ALL countries, including Canada, on day one of Kung Flu.

Laughable if you think you can shut yourself off from the global family. You are part of the planet whether you like it or not,and the only way you can isolate yourself is to go live on mars.Good luck with that.

When are you gonna realize we are not like your Country? We are not globalist like you are. Sure, we all maybe will come to a time where we have skin in the game but thank the Almighty, we aren't like your Country.

Of course your country can't. But we can. We have and did before, and we can again. It will come at a cost, as it did the first time. But sometimes the end justifies the means.

"What To Do If You Get Sick If you get sick with fever (100.4°F/38°C or higher), cough, or have trouble breathing: Seek medical care. Call ahead before you go to a doctor’s office or emergency room." If you listen to the CDC, you will overwhelm the medical system. Just think how this would work in free healthcare nations. Trouble breathing is a bad thing, the other two HUH? I was talking with my wife about when I was sick on my birthday (January 26th) and what my symptoms were... I ran a fever of over 100° for the most part. But at night my fever would spike and she wound up having to change the sheets about 3 times because I would sweat so much I would drench the sheets. But I had very little in the way of chills or body aches... Just fever and fatigue. On top of the fever and fatigue (and the worst part) was the respiratory part... My chest right behind my sternum felt like someone had scrubbed it with a wire brush, painful. And I had a horrible dry cough that never produced anything. Once it started to loosen in my chest it moved up into my head (nasal) and I had a lot of congestion and runny nose. I was miserable for 2 or 3 days but it was only bad enough to drag you down. I was more annoyed than I was sick. If I did indeed already have this it was nowhere near as bad as the regular flu... The cough was the worst part, painful and non-productive. And I had to work on staying hydrated. I would take it over the flu any time. I didn't think much about it but since I started paying attention a little it sounds a lot like what I had... And the place I was working at the time gets clients from all over the world... They fly in, spend a day or two at the plant, and fly out. It could've come in with one of them and they would be gone before ever feeling sick or showing symptoms. Is there any way to test and see if I actually did have it a while back? Mike

They say covid 19 does not produce a runny nose-it is one of the ways to identify it.

How can one know if infected by Corona virus... Quick test.. "I got this from a friend of mine who’s brother is on the Stanford hospital board. This is their feedback for now on Corona virus: The new Coronavirus may not show sign of infection for many days. How can one know if he/she is infected? By the time they have fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% Fibrosis and it's too late. Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning. Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds. If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc., it proves there is no Fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicates no infection. In critical time, please self-check every morning in an environment with clean air. Serious excellent advice by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases: Everyone should ensure your mouth & throat are moist, never dry. Take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least. Why? Even if the virus gets into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach. Once there, your stomach acid will kill all the virus. If you don't drink enough water more regularly, the virus can enter your windpipe and into the lungs. That's very dangerous. Please send and share this with family and friends. Take care everyone and may the world recover from this Coronavirus soon. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - CORONAVIRUS Last evening dining out with friends, one of their uncles, who's graduated with a master's degree and who worked in Shenzhen Hospital (Guangdong Province, China) sent him the following notes on Coronavirus for guidance: 1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold 2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose. 3. This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees. It hates the Sun. 4. If someone sneezes with it, it takes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne. 5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any metal surface - wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap. 6. On fabric it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it. 7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice. 8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes, but - a lot can happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on. 9. You should also gargle as a prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice. 10. Can't emphasis enough - drink plenty of water! THE SYMPTOMS 1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days 2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further. 3. With the pneumonia comes high fever and difficulty in breathing. 4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you then seek immediate attention. SPREAD THE WORD - PLEASE SHARE

Well I think you need to get your information from a more reliable source. If we have learned anything from this fiasco its the countries with the strongest borders and the most control over who goes in or out are having the best success in controlling outbreaks. Even the crazy left wing mayors are praising trump for closing the borders and canceling flights. Look at Russia, very few cases there because they shut down the border with China almost immediately. The USA has done a great job without the UN or anyone else.

The last two times the USA fell for drivel like yours, Europe and their commonwealth partners dragged us into 2 world wars, that we had to win for the global community.
