I read where coyotes prefer fatty acids in their diet. I have beaver meat for base and wondering if BTO would be an FA? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

id lean more towards a fishoil if you seek a fatty acid from all I read fatty acids are mainly composed from your omega 3 and 6. So if I wanted a heavy hitter in the fa spectrum id go with cod liver oil . some were a guy can buy synthetic fa. but that im not firmilar with

Fatty acids are a chemical compound found in alot of stuff including beaver meat. I personally wouldn't worry too much about the chemistry of your bait I'd just test different stuff and let the coyotes tell you if they like it or not. Ive tested different oils and fats that probably have a high level of fatty acids in all of them and they sure dont all provide the same level of attraction.
