3togo trapper 3 Joined: Jan 2018 Posts: 1,719 Henry Co, IL	RM, if you want a leather sheath just put a real light coat of gun grease all over the blade (RIG is excellent). That will prevent any kind of oxidation from occurring. I do it with my old Fin Wing and all of my broadhead blades. Even heat treatable stainless will oxidize if not coated. They stay sharp until used.
