I made a pan of enchiladas. I cheated a bit though and bought tortillas. Working that dough till its not sticky is a real pain. I think store bought tortillas are fine. I did make the ground sausage base though.

How are you folks? What's for supper out there?

I hope you're having a really nice evening! grin

Cruel & unusual !!

Here I am in my 18th day of quarantine and you post something like this ???

I checked my freezer tonight and all I have is toothpicks and old beaver castor.

It'll be good though......with moose turd pie for dessert.

Thanks, Dahlgren! Those bluegills are looking mighty fine there!

That is too funny, Cat Daddy! After we get out of hand for a while, we tighten up on the low carb diet and slim down.

Danny, you make your own tortillas? That's fantastic! I sure wouldn't feel like using store bought is cheating though - otherwise I am in big trouble! laugh I'll bet that sausage and the enchiladas you made were wonderful!

Thanks, Bruce. Shrimp are great any time!

Thank you, Amspoker!

Good stuff, Davisfur! It seems like a year before we'll see morels here. (At least a month anyway!)

Bigbrownie, we could join forces and make surf & surf & turf!

Sorry, Leftlane! Can I make it up to you by inviting you for supper? grin

Hope you're enjoying it, Ol' dad!

Geez, White! I suppose you can't have a nice supper delivered to your doorstep up there ... I hope you get through this quickly and get fed something great!
