Whether this is real or not we don't know but the media and Govt. HAS proven how gullible and easily manipulated the entire population is. People will fall for anything if it is presented to them in the right way. I can't say I am surprised by how quickly they have gone into panic mode. Americans have become a society of comfortable people.

Gloom and doom media-induced panic. X2, Yep the start of CBS news is now “breaking news” when it’s the same old news but they need the drama to blow it out of proportion to keep up with the hype.

The local Tribal Chairman had a article in the paper that people were coming from areas with more cases that were not staying home like their own States said they should, then the Corp of engineers got together with the tribes and pulled the launch sites. Still boats coming to town might be using the other options be it the City or GFP ramps or good old back in and hope you get back out when your done. Still free to travel here so nobody is stopping them.
The Reservation must be taking it seriously they shut down their casino even to avoid problems that could come up never thought I ever see that happen. [/quote]
As per their own website from the casino at Lower Brule. They raised their cleaning fees to cover the costs. They shut down when?

Yep. The way people are acting scares me 10 fold over the virus. “Mission Accomplished” as far as the media is concerned.
I talked to a HS buddy yesterday that lives in KC he is convinced we are doomed. Took me a hour to calm him down

We will get through this, but the best thing to come out of this is that it will open some people eye and not think we live in a la la world,

Who needs toilet paper? We have two bushel baskets of corncobs. Use a red one first, then a white one to make sure you got it all. See, this is the kind of solid information we need during a pandemic!

Not much happening here people are following simple direction and living normal lives. Here too. Went to Walmart yesterday. After the CDC recommended everyone should wear a mask, one lady was wearing one in the store among all the people we saw.
Must be nice to eat ice cream as fast as you want and not have to worry about brain freeze.

I was just outside and counted 7-8 vapor trails from commercial airliners. This is flyover country! I wonder what kind of essential employees these are flying???? Why aren't airliners grounded?

Those arent vapour trails, the gov't is spraying virucide. You can shield your brain from harmful side effects by forming a cone shaped hat out of tinfoil.

Crow Creek shut down their casino, Lower Brule cut their hours back and they are charging more to clean the rooms that’s just terrible that’s hard to believe that more labor and cleaning supplies would make that happen. What a room go for by you?
Like I said it has no impact on my life now as I can follow simple directions I’m still out and about just not impacting others.
