With most businesses being told to close down, what would happen if grocery stores decided to close down also, "to protect their employees from harm". ? How long would it be before Govt. ordered grocery stores to remain open against their will, while other stores are ordered to stay closed?

Life ain't supposed to be easy.

It would appear that if we just quarantine New York city, New Orleans, amd Chicago we would have this thing licked.

That'd be the start of martial law, err, socialism.

If grocery stores closed in urban centers there would be anarchy, rioting, looting, and social breakdown in short order as hungry people became desperate. The natural law of eat or be eaten would prevail. The weak would succumb to the strong.Probably 20 years or more away from that.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

Had a local idiot that tested positive earlier in the week that hit several stores in town like a idiot. They shut down the grocery store to clean it along with other stores of his Corona tour. Not sure how many times they will do this or run out of healthy employees.

He tried to say a nurse told him he was good to go out the same week he tested positive. Stupid shady people will ruin it for all of us over time they always have.

Just to be on the safe side, I've bought 25 chickens(we've always had some) and I bought two heifers and a steer. Just picked up 4 bags of seed potatoes and have all my seeds stocked up for the garden. 400 jars and lids to can everything, and plenty of guns and ammo to protect it. Buy with that being said I don't see groceries stores closing down. Period. It would be chaos

Keep your boots dry and your powder too.

I remember when a fur check was reality.....now I'm just trapping for the love of it.

Best Regards,

JT

That's why everybody's been buying guns and ammo like crazy. They come to my farm looking for things to eat, they'll be in need of bandages as well.
