They put you out of business, possibly forever and claim to offer a one time only couple bucks in aid. In my case, I can't even expect that meager crap since they don't have my bank data, and no way for me to get it to them until they come up with some kind of "app".
Personally, I'd rather take my chances with the virus than the certainty that I will die on the street cold and hungry.

I think you need to contact the small business admin to start with and see what they can do.

Aren't they part of the government? They are the ones handing out the dough for businesses give them a call see what shakes out.

In my case, I can't even expect that meager crap since they don't have my bank data, and no way for me to get it to them until they come up with some kind of "app". Did you file a federal tax return last year? That's how your personal "stimulus" check will come to you, however you filed. If by paper, it will take much longer. If you're talking about small business relief loan or grant and you don't have an "app", then I would check with your local bank, they should be able to assist you in working that paperwork, although they may be at a disadvantage compared to be the big national banks. The federal government, through the President, has not down businesses in the USA. All businesses that have been forced to closed are from state to local governmental responses. The state and local may use federal health guidelines to justify the use of existing or new state or local laws enacted but in the end, its has been those leaders who have shut you down.

I filed last year, and every year for the past fifty some years.
Since I pay in; and don't get a refund, my bank information is not in their hands. Without that, the ball is in your court. How do you get it to them???..... Wait until they come up with some "app" that they are promising to have available next week. Yeah sure they're going to have it ready. Yeah, sure, it will be secure.
