You could buy new every year.
I just spray the mud off and hang then in my shed from boot hangers. Mine are 6 or 7 years old I think, have no leaks. Armor all seems a little bit too much.
Do you really worry this much about such little things Dave?
I say buy a new pair every year is what you can do! If you wear size 9 you can send the old ones to me and I’ll make sure they are disposed of properly.

If want any use out hipboots the following season, should do something with them, I had hiking boots in behind seat pickuo for summer. They dry rot from sun, put on an walk an not far the bottoms came apart , I would think armor all would soften an preserve for while. Not last till Nov

I hung some gauntlets by a nail in my shop, found them full of corn and chewed up this spring, gotta love mice. Use pants hangers and clip from fingertips and to prevent mud Dobbers or wasps from building nests you fold up the bottoms and clip with clothes pin
