I don't see the problem with showing what can happen if you or someone else slips up and makes a mistake. If you can learn from what other people do either bad or good than good for you. Agree, learn from it. How things use to be taught. " See that son?" "Yeah dad?"" " Thats what happens when you take your eyes off the road." They are likely all rubberneckers JP. A rubbernecker is what the cops call nosey people,who stop to take pictures of accidents and often cause an accident hazard by doing so.
