Nice bird Bruce. My wife passed on a Jake at 15 yards yesterday . Very windy we had a coyote pop up over the bank at 25 yards saw us and ran . She never had a chance at the coyote we never heard it coming it was very windy. We had a hen and gobbler coming before the coyote. I am sure the coyote scared the turkey’s away. We saw several hens that where roosted above us about 80 yards after it was light enough to see. They never made a single call and flew down the mountain to a green pasture about 1/2 mile away. It’s posted so we couldn’t setup there. We got some leeks and Chaga had a good time. Now we’re at camp. She didn’t want to hunt today with the wind and six inches of snow. Maybe tomorrow. Congratulations again
The bitterness of poor quality last a lot longer than the sweetness of low price
