Looks great! I love the leg meat, I think it has more flavor than the breast meat.

When I have a pile like you have there, I chop it up and make a pot pie.

good idea on the crock pot. i bet lots of tendons and snewy crap to clean out. but it looks good on your plate!

Use the broth from the crock pot to make some noodles and you have some great turkey and noodles!
