Yep, it is a slow degeneration all the way to the grave! My middle knuckle on my right hand is where it started, about fifeteen years ago. Has slowly spread to the fore finger and knuckle next to the first one, and now is starting to really pain my left hand in the same joints. Can't grip things anymore and cannot make a fist with my right hand. Only real relief from pain I've found is a roll on that we make up of olive oil and a few drops of three essential oils, Panaway, Valor, and Peppermint. It immediately takes the pain away, and use it several times a day. Talked to a doc about it, he said that those oils have a lot anti immflamitory agents in them. It is the best solution that I have found, and I've tried about everything out there. One last thought, the doc that I saw origially when all this started, said that eventually your nerves would "burn out" and it wouldn't hurt so bad, and that has happened to some extent in my original knuckle, but when weather changes come or they get cold, they all hurt bad, and that oil that I mentioned is thhe best I've found. If interested in the mix, just say the word!

Went on a road trip all I had for a hand sanitizer was a old spray can of Lysol that I used at places I dealt with the public. I was surprised how much it took the stiffness out of my ring finger knuckle not recommending using it all of the time but I was shocked how well it worked.

I've broke and dislocated my fingers so many times that they all hurt now, knuckles stay swelled. This was the latest one I dislocate my ring finger on my dominate right hand and it looked just like the one in the picture. Docs set it for a week in a splint, it would not stay so the tried it another week. After that it was three surgeries and it is fused. Getting old is not all that easy. LOL Mac

Lee, would you mind making the list public? Not at all. I was originall turned on to Panaway from a trapper in Wy that had had serious wrecks, and was hurt bad in the back. It.can be used straight up, but is very expensive. There are several size bottles of it. As usual, it's a bit cheaper in bigger sizes. Have taken it with good results internally, but must be mixed with an oil or you can't stand the power of it! The roll on I use, comes from amizon.com. It is the blue one, and refillable. The essential oils are from Young Living, and we buy them through a friend that is a dealer, and her husband is a trapper friend of mine. There is a mark on the roll on to fill the olive oil to, according to my wife. She said to put the drops of essential oils in the roll on then put the olive oil in it. Ten drops of each of the essential oils, Panaway, Valor, and peppermint. Like I said, it ain't a cheap thing to start into, but works very well. Takes the pain away in less than a minute on my bone on bone hands, and same on my back, when I have overdone and got it hurting. My wife has a bone on bone shoulder, and takes the pain out on it very quickly. I cannot see it not working on anyone that has these problems.
