I subscribe to Scott Rea's and The Bearded Butcher's channels. They are both very good.
I've been processing my own wild game and that of some friends and family for thirty-plus years but I still learn something now and then from these guys.
Horn I was high bid on a set of knives you had donated several years ago for the annual Trapperman auction I ended up with so many knives that I gave a few to two friends of mind and still had about 2 dozen left for myself . I really like them . I hardly use any of my other ones anymore . The sharpen quickly hold a good edge and with so many to chose from there is always one ready to do what I want to do And both of my friends have told me how much they like theirs also

Hey Wolfdog, Hows the Knives I sent holding up on those Hogs??
Absolutely wonderful ! There's two in particular I keep on easy access at all times ! Can't tell you how my folks have tried to walk away with them while I was helping dress a deer or hog .
