good thing water isn't that important.  Canada has 1/4 of the worlds fresh water just laying around.I'm sure we would trade them some water for some of their fresh produce when they become their own country.

If you break it down by per state resident the numbers change..
The national average is 1935.00 of intergovernmental spending per person.
Red states it's 1879.05
Purple states 1770.58
Blue states 2124.54
Note as well some red states will have massive blue counties that account for huge pay backs from the government, skewing the numbers a bit.

It’s amazing how little coverage the looters get but the peaceful protestors narrative gets pushed when many clearly are not peaceful, even the damage gets so little coverage today. The agenda is clear seen a post on the woman that got robbed by Floyd and Facebook removed it.

That is funny but sad also as the libs really believe this. But if you try to take "theirs"-they would call the cops that they hate so much and charge you with theft-robbery- whatever to keep "theirs".... They really are sick!!!!! You are mixing up welfare and overall government spending. The information in the links you provided indicates that blue states pay more than they receive. While true, that is all federal funding so if a state that is large sparsely populated and often has a lot of public land and military installations, of course they might get more federal funds than they pay. To say red states are welfare states doesn’t line up, sure Mississippi yes, but most of the western red states are receiving federal funds, not in the form of handouts. Does some of this subsidize and support small regional economies? Sure, but I am sure you would be for a lot of the federal spending in a red state unless you don’t like public land, national parks, renewable energy etc. The federal spending that goes on in a lot of red states is infrastructure that just happens to be located in a red state. It's a game the politicians and lawyers play. Jim should be fully aware of how much Federal land is in Western States and he lives in a State with 4 large military bases ( and several smaller ones) with the largest Coast Guard base in America. He also should be aware of Federal government construction contracts as he was I believe a contract lawyer before he started drawing on Federal welfare money from SSI and Medicare now part of the top two of Federal wealth transfer payments.

I disagree on SSI/Medacare. If you have paid in all your PRODUCTIVE working life you are OWED your investment back! Medicaid is a welfare program.

Dirt, Ann Rand was not far off target in her beliefs that that the highly productive industrial elite would be drained to extinction by the democratically vote empowered growing majority of nonproductive people who feel entitled. It is the super productive middle class that is currently paying the bill(with very little say to its elected officials - of either party in IMO). And when we are bankrupted it's back to a two class society where if their is any welfare at all it will only just enough to keep the masses from stormy the wealthies gates. Like maybe free smarter phones to better pacify them and let them vent on social medias.
