I remember when there was sign in the window of the local casino that said, Help Wanted, Natives Preferred. They mostly hired natives, but that didn't work out, I found out from a person who has worked there a long time. It seems the natives weren't real reliable. They didn't always show up on time or sometimes even at all. Plus, work wasn't something they were used to doing, so it wasn't taken seriously. Some quit after just a few days. You don't see hardly any natives working there anymore. They found out white people are more reliable and work harder.

What if I were to put a similar sign up in my window that said, Help Wanted, Caucasians Preferred?

There was a white guy in Mpls that was seen carrying a sign that said All Lives Matter. Some Antifa or BLM people nearly killed him. Barely worth mentioning by the media.

We should have paid reparations to former slaves at the end of the Civil War when we returned them to their ancestral homeland. Righted that wrong. They could now be complaining about mistreatment by people of their race.

I was in the Coast Guard Reserve for 27 years. We had very few minorities, especially minority officers. In the early 90s, we tried to recruit six candidates from a historically black university. Gave them uniforms to wear one day per week on campus. Paid them monthly as Ensigns. No monitoring at all. They came to our meeting site the Sunday of each December drill, by invitation, to eat with us. Upon graduation as engineers, not one passed the entrance test, maybe on purpose. The program ended in failure. The test questions were vocabulary and algebra.

In the insurance business with a very large company, we could not retain black agents. We charged off their lapsed policies at 50% of the rate for white agents. Once everyone had to hold a securities Series Six license, hardly any remained.

Affirmative Actions.

I judge every one I meet as an individual. Anybody that won't steal, assault, rape, or murder I can abide.

Doesn't change the fact that not everyone is capable of successfully running a business or even being management. Doesn't change the fact that many people never learned how to work, learned that showing up every day, on time, then working all day, is a good thing. It doesn't make you something to be despised but instead the opposite.

We have to quit coddling those folks that never learned how to work. I would think it would be tough to have any self esteem if you were not earning honest money. People with no self esteem are the people burning and stealing. They are the people refusing to raise their children.
