Which coins are harder to come by? I know this may be an ignorant question. But I know that coin enthusiasts are on here. Thanks in advance.

If they get rid of pennies, nickles and dimes, I would start carrying dollar coins. Due to many years of inflation, pennies nickles and dimes have become insignificant digits. In the 1800s, when the half cent was discontinued, it had the buying power of 14 cents in today's value. Now if they drilled holes in the pennies, nickles and dimes so I could use them as washers, they would be worth more than their face value.
my grandpas neighbor did just that , need a washer , drill a penny, when taking some base boards down at my parrents , penny shims. there is 75 cents leveling my wood stove , I had it professionally installed to make may insurance company happy when it wobbled the installer dug in his pocket tried first 2 then 3 quarters and when it wobbled no more he said done.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I saw Morgan and silver eagle dollar coins for $24. Is that a fair price?

if we get rid of the penny we will have to raise all sales tax to ten percent and all prices to half a dollar and a dollar . Bottle of lure ten dollars , four once thirty dollars, traps ten and twenty dollars each wouldn't be so bad . lets do it I have no idea what this means... In the military at overseas bases, they don't use pennies because of the cost of moving them. They round to the nearest nickle. If the total price ends in 1, 2, 6, or 7 you round down. If it ends in 3, 4, 8, or 9, you round up. If it ends in 0 or 5, that's what you pay. It all works out pretty close in the end and with most people using credit or debit cards now it matters even less.

I saw Morgan and silver eagle dollar coins for $24. Is that a fair price? When you say "silver eagle dollar" I'm assuming you mean a Peace dollar instead of a Silver Eagle one ounce coin. With that said the melt value of Morgan and Peace Dollars is about 14.50. I wouldn't pay 24 dollars for one but that is what they are bringing at least on Ebay. Unless you are really interested in collection a few of the big real silver dollars I'd recommend dimes, halves or quarters. You should be able to get those for 15.50 or so $1 face value.
