Suday eavening my brother in law got a call from his X wife that they had taken their daughter to emergency room because she was passing out . When he gets there they wont let him in because there are two visitors with here . (His X and her new husband ) ,mind you he is the legal custodial guardian of his daughter . A male nurse and security guard told him he had to leave and would not give him any information . He told them to tell one of her visitors to get out so he could see his daughter his X and her husband refused to make room . At this point he is quite irrate and getting very loud . Then her new husband comes out and they still say he cant go in they threatened to call the cops . He went and set in his car tryiing to get his daughter on hèr phone when he is surrounded by ten cops with their guns drawn . Somebody said that my brother in law said he was going to get a gun out of his truck . He was in a car . No guns were found no weapons were found . He was charged with making terroristic threats ,denied bail , and locked in solitary confinement. That was last sunday . Thursday the judge said he had not had time to review the case and would not hear it until court reconvenes next week . We have been told that his XS husband is the one that claimed to have heard my B I L say he was going to his truck to get a gun .

Unreal. I would think he would have that right over the new husband.

I sure don't want to be that new husband when the X get's out!

The part that realy bothers me is he will have been locked in solitary confinement for over a week over the testimony of a man that has a vested interest in seeing him incarcerated

Your probably right . I would like to call him out and give him a good public (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) eating in the bar myself and dare him to try me . If it wouldnt be considered witness tampering . Every body needs to know he bared false witness . With the chance of red flag laws coming we should have zero tolerance for crap like that .

Who had custody? Is there a history of unrest between the two? Seems like they acted on something previous. It also sounds like his attorney may file suit against the hospital.

Theres been alot of unrest ,he has custody she has visitation ,she can admit her to hospital if need be but cant block him . The girl is sixteen . I forgot to mention the reason she passed out was dehydration .

If he had a do over, I'd bet he would have got more bang for the buck for the being sent to jail deal.
I would have been slinging folks off of walls to get to my 16 year old daughter. I've been to jail before, and have eaten worse food.
