My in laws bought an estate a couple of weeks ago and the owner obviously had a thing for fishing rods. I don’t even know how many there are yet for sure but I’m guessing high 20’s.
I grabbed 2 to see what I could find out about them. One is an Abu diplomat 751 and found it online fairly easily and they seem to run anywhere from $120-$250 depending on condition.
The 2nd is a fly rod. It’s 9’5” and looks to be bamboo. All metal parts are brass. No writing or engraving that I can find but it is near mint. Beautifully balanced rod. I’ll attach a few pictures and any help is really appreciated.

Looks shalatched or varnished. If it is then that's why no mark because its been redone.
Not much value if that's the case.
