Looks good. I must have made my wife mad she made some kind of stuffed chicken with Keto mac and cheese. Who came up with Cauliflower mac and cheese.

Looking good, myself I would add a little onion but I’m an onion freak I eat at least one a day.

Just had some fresh Swiss Chard and Tomatoes from the garden pretty good

Tonight's side was patty pan to go with our Venison and Potatoe.

The local corn is finally out.....and it is delicious !

Those things in the corn are for civilized people you animal! It keeps your hands clean and allows you to chomp down all the corn without letting go

I used those too until one broke out of the corn and stuck in my cheek about 20 years ago.

My wife made fresh garden salsa (hot!) to go on beaver tacos tonight. ‘‘Twas real good. One of my favorite sides this time of year. Our corn is still a couple weeks out.

HA! HA! HA! Nessy! I use handles on my corn. Zim scoffs at such an idea. He laughs at my corn handles. That is too funny! I am reading your comments to him and he's sitting here laughing some more!

Favorite summer salad

Fresh cukes, tomatoes, thin slices onion
Olive oil drizzled on top garlic salt, real maple syrup
Drizzled on top and red wine vinegar on top of that mixed together
And a touch of salt and pepper.
