I saw some of them on the zoom on the meeting tonight. Seemed pretty ridiculous.

Some days I miss my days with the DNR, some days I don't. I figured the offices would've reopened to the public after the shutdown with how busy the DNR has been. Nope. Still closed with customer service all working from home.

The mask has become more adapt to a political lawn sign or bumper sticker than a tool to lower transmission

Are yall starting to feel like little kids who asked momma why and she says "because I said so"?

The mask is not about the virus, it is about control.

Yes, wearing a mask during a zoom call isn't about reducing transmission of a disease, it is about sending the right message. That is, if the right message is that you are incapable of making your own decision on when it makes sense to wear a mask and when it does not, and that as a government employee you will do whatever you are told no matter how rediculous. Would you trust that same employee to make good decisions about natural resource issues when it is so clear where the marching orders come from?
