charles OP trapper C Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 10,833 Asheville, NC	Talking about the ice wrecker show on the Weather Channel. Don’t know why I like it but I do. They never give anybody a bill. Do they send bills through the mail to the company owning the trucks? I think the first thing I would do is take lots of pictures and have the driver sign a statement. Does the Alaska HP ever give out citations for no chains or excessive speed? Never see them on site.
