Hinged wall bracket might be the answer....Folds up out of the way.

I made a small table and mounted beam flat. (or use your work bench)
Fits tight into slot, L-brackets & lag bolt to table face.

Rock Solid, no wiggle or wobble. No bending like other designs, No reaching upward like some designs.
Remove from slot in the off season.

I just made this fleshing beam for deer hides . Its works VERY WELL . 2x6 is mounted to the back of the log with a heavy duty hinge . Log/beam and 2x6 are connected at the bottom by a 1/8 inch cable that is attached to each via a quick link and eye screws into beam and 2x6 . Very stable , folds up and takes up very little room . To use for fur just use a wood fleshing beam of your choice instead of the log or to go with PVC , use a 2x6 with a receiver attached to the hinge that will accept various sized PVC beams .

Hern always has good ideas... my base is portable so I can get it out of the way, on a nice day I flesh outside, on a rainy/cold day I place it inside against a wall and often it ends up in the back of my truck, if I'm trapping remotely.

Here are some old pictures of my fleshing beam that I made. I made it to stand on it to help stabilize it while fleshing. It's very important to use commercial hinges to keep the wobble and slop out of the beam while using it.I painted it with oil base paint for durability & easy clean up. It folds up flat to store easy out of the way while not in use.
