Hobby I am not a lawyer, what a joke, I am an American citizen with exactly the same rights as you. Any one thinking they have immunity to laws or that they can mess with my rights because they "are" a cop, had better go back to cop school.
I appreciate good law enforcement, we need that as a society, what I dont appreciate is sloppy, bully, Hollier than thou cops.

The guy had a warrant for a violent felony. He probably didn't want to get ID'ed. He would have been arrested on the spot. If the police already knew that, maybe that's why they had guns drawn? Now he is not complying with lawful orders and going for the car. The car has children in it. Were they his kids? Was it his car? Should he be allowed to get in that car and takeoff without knowing if they are his kids or his car? Now should he be chased knowing that the kids are in the car? How will he be stopped and will he use the kids as hostages? Was there a weapon in the car? was he going for it? Did he go for something that looked like a weapon? A knife, a tire iron? This is far from cut and dried. A ton of things we do not know and anyone responsible would hold back judgement until at least some of the facts are in. Trouble is, where are we going to hear facts from? It won't be the MSM.

Maybe not that cop..., but you did group all the "GI Joes" together and stated some took "compliance" too far.

Donnie, those riots and looting seem pretty left leaning. If their side wins, I doubt most Republicans would be out looting and burning their own businesses to the ground. But if they did, you bet it would be considered an act of domestic terrorism by the MSM and condemned by every dem politician and public figure.

let me be clear the Kenosha Police have turned the matter over to the WI DOJ to investigate right away.

they didn't say it was or was not a good shoot they turned over the evidence and investigation to the State to be an impartial investigator.

Yet they tried to burn down a county court house. there is no excuse for that type of behavior and the arsonists are lucky they weren't shot.
