Nice pile of rockfish. I see some Quillbacks in the mix. Up here a Quillback that size is probably 50 years old. Do your Ling Cod ever have blue meat like a Greenling ? ( I see the blue belly)

No nice white meat, was surprised we didn't get any green lings this trip. The reds and vermaelen were really good sized. Blacks, coppers, quills and a cabazon round out the rocks. California halibut the next day, had almost as much fun catching anchovies for bait. Hooked a 70 lbs bat ray too

We drifted in about 150 feet of water had 3 to 4 foot wind chop but at least the swells weren't too bad . Hoping for an Alaskan Kodak trip next year for salmon and halibut
