There are a lot of people in this country that have been misguided and lost touch with reality at no fault of their own. It's only going to become a larger problem. I think we need to approach the problem understanding most are unknowing and truly misguided. A group of them are probably not bad people but just a product of their environment.

Most of the time it doesn't come natural to me but I'll tell you a little story. I know a young lady thats in her early 20s now. Without getting into too much details , I met here when she was about twelve. Took her fishing, hunting and horse back riding a lot back then, almost like an adopted daughter too me. Sweet and smart young lady that has a huge heart but went through some tough things growing up that have left her searching for answers despite growing up in a Christian home. She been drawn into a believe system that scares me and her family right now. Still a sweet and smart lady but is kind of lost and searching and has been drawn down the wrong path.

After reading this I felt a little guilty. For about 4 hrs this morning my wife and I have a fiddling cricket under the wall board. Finally after daylight he crawled out about 3 ft from the wall and my wife can't get around quickly (probably bad karma from eating all those little furry creatures in the past) and very excitedly was yelling for me to get that xxx, I jumped up and stomped him bare footed. Now after reading this I felt guilty for almost a second, but hey my wife made me do it, lol.

Wonder if they typed that eating a hamburger? The world is full of loons.

This is inconsequential, I suppose, but I assumed that was written by a girl (and no doubt one who needs to sharpen the old spelling and grammar skills). Anyone else?

Heck I took a bunch of pills before I ever set a trap. I got started late. Been hunting and fishing my whole life. Spent a lot of my adult life defending our great country all over the world. I guess karma has a weird sense of humor. LOL I’ll pray for that individual that they receive enlightenment and peace in their life.

I wonder what would go through their mind if they were to lose $30,000 in timber to beaver damage or get swept away by flash flooding caused by a beaver dam that fails. I wonder if they’d still wish death to beaver trappers.

Paul, Thank you, I will be using this in my classes tomorrow to show my students what it is that they will have to deal with in pursuing our way of life. Whether framing, fishing, hunting, or trapping.

Was weighing out at a quarry a couple years ago. Girl in the scale house was standing outside squawking about a mouse when I pulled up. Scared to go inside. It was up on a counter with some Halloween candy. So I mushed it and tossed it outside. She was mad, I mean really mad, cause I killed it before I threw it out.
