Last week somthing got me down severe body aches ,101 fever folowed by sweats and temps as low as 95.7 . The doctor took blood for a tickborne illness test and put me on Doxycycline .
i had her test me for this last year because i felt bad . every thing came back negative last year . Then i went to another doctor and got a second test done , they called me and told me i was negative .
Yesterday im in the doctors office getting metal removed from my eye and we are talking about how much better im feeling and she checks to see if last weeks tick panel has come in some how she finds this test last year from the other doctor that is positive for ROCY MOUNTAIN SPOTTED TICK FEVER , LAST YEAR ,!!!!!! The other doctor last year told me i had no tickborne illness and did treat me .
I know this is repetitive but im nust trying to reinforce the timeline and vent my frustration with having RMSTF for over a year because a doctor cant read a dang test result , and my doctor couldnt get the right result last year

If you have something wrong with you the doctors are lazy you have to keep going till they find the problem.

Your are beyond correct. Even if it obvious and on the x Ray's right in front of them they will try to give you some be line. Tell you point it out then they will schedule you for surgery.

Yea all doctors are lazy crooks.

Bigfoot you need to ask your current doctor if they ran IgM and IgG which I’m sure they did. One indicates past infection and one indicates current. Either your current doctor or the past one likely misinterpreted those features.

Need to do some but chewing for sure. If they did that to you it is likely to happen to someone else. I'm not a big fan of judges and lawyers but raising some stink and putting a little fear in them may benefit someone else. Make them a little more careful.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

I need to clarify not all Dr. Are poor. I have recently gotten connected with a group of some of the best in their field for my daughter. One even called 3 times just to be sure we got appointments scheduled ok with other Docters. Doctors that normally take over 8 months to get into that he text his buddy and was told tell us to call the office and tell Margie the Dr sad to get her in in the next week not 8 months and she got in. It's a great feeling to hav confidence in your kids doctors again.

Now the vascular surgeon she had at the hospital yes quite lazy. Obviously did not look at her x Ray's or scans before coming in for her follow up on her stent.
She asked him why they left the bullet in and he said the same bs line the hospital said. Becuse of where it's at it would do more damage to remove it. While for some of the fragments that is correct the main bullet is just under the skin pushing out enough you can see it protrude through her shirt. If it were on me I would pop it out with my pocket knife.
He scheduled her for surgery to remove it but we canceled opting to waite and have one of her other surgeon remove it. One that she feels is more trustworthy . Also he wanted to knock her out and she doesn't think that's necessary and we question if the blood thinners are necessary due to her stent than not taking them for a week so he can operate probably isn't good. That or they are not necessarily to begin with

Do your homework on your doctor and change them if your not happy.

Bigfoot you need to see Dr. Charles Crist in Ashland,MO. Near Columbia. He has helped people that Mayo couldn't.

I ended up being diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder late last winter. But my doctor tested for Lyme and leptospirosis being what we do. I saw the lab results and even I could read the result, it says positive or negative.

If you want any info pm me. It's very complicated to say The least.also you can look at the Lyme disease association web sight. Whatever you do forget about the CDC what a joke.
