It was a shame his career was cut short with injury after several yrs or he'd a been a contender to Jim Brown He scored 22 touchdowns his rookie season, 6 in 1 game! you young whipper snappers don't know what you missed. BUT, a glimpse of his life is in his book "I Am Third" and watch the movie Brian's Song. If that movie don't make you tear up, nothing will. About Brian Piccolo's career shortened by cancer. If Sayers and Pic coulda had many yrs together the Bears woulda been better than they actually were.
