It looks way more real to me than fake. I don’t see any hint that it’s fake whatsoever.

Fake-not even a drop of blood.

Not much blood on a flesh wound.

Lots of people died from scalping in the 17 and 1800's,because they couldnt stop the blood flow.Some survived with immediate aid usually cauterization of the wound.Indians would also scalp the soles of the feet for fun-very painful when they made you walk after but not as fatal as a head scalping because no hair on feet soles so not nearly as rich a blood supply.
Extremely difficult to stop bleeding from cut/ripped skin when there is a large blood supply to nourish the hair growth.

I'm sure that is a fatal and real wound. Also looks very fresh to me.

Correct-people have rich blood supply to the skin on their head-deer have rich blood supply all over their body because of the pelage.On top of that there is no muscles left on the scapula to move it and no blood from all the missing muscle tissue.
Fake video-no blood.

I just have to assume your eyes are playing tricks on you, because that's not at all what's shown in that video. You can only see the very corner of the scapula pop up when he walks, not sure what you mean by no muscle left on it. There's nothing at all to even suggest that it's not real, and as mentioned video can't be edited like pictures. This video isn't even new, pretty sure it's known at this point that it was a real video.
