I came up with a new way to count votes in each State. Each county gets a point for winning it's popular vote, add the points and win the State with highest score. Us rural folk's vote would mean something again. If you don't have counties you can stick with the old way or change. Otherwise I think we need to go back to forming a new state, Northern Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan, heck maybe even the Northern part of Minnesota. The last time we discussed this I think the Beav was going to be our first Governor.

I thought this would get more support, isn't this the very reason the Electoral College was created? To make sure the less populated areas still have a voice in elections.
