LOL It wasn't worth eating. No But I didn't like it. BIG problem was as I was cutting / separating the meat from the fat I was constantly "sampling" it. By the time the rest of the meal was ready I was foundered !!!!

Glad you updated us. That looks good , how was the smoke ring?

Think this is one area where if you listen to Savell he'll have a guy farting through silk shorts he knows his stuff.

it was about 1/2 in to 3/4 all the way around. I guess that's good? It tasted dang good. Mesquite pellets. Let it sit for 1 hour before separating it.

This was the carnage that I bagged up after we ate. Mostly bottom parts top and sides didn't stand a chance !!!

Had to on some,The fat was 1 inch thick along the back (or front ) and someone said not to trim it . First slices I left it but momma said get the fat off so I did !!
