coyotes are starting to look good now. regular deer rifle season is open but i am going to make a few sets tomorrow. got a call from a guy with some beaver trouble. said i could trap anything else i could find

You won't find a better sunset, than you will in Kansas! Hehe The sunsets in Kansas are amazing for sure but those sunrises in Kansas take the cake! Thanks everyone for the well wishes! I look forward to having a trip worth sharing!

120 gallons of waxed dirt ready to make the 14 hour trip. It looks like the weather leading up to the trip has been a little drier than last year!

Its been real dry. Supposed to get a half inch of rain here tuesday Last year there was a 2 inch rain before we got there. How long will it take for the roads to recover from a 1/2 inch?

not long when its this dry That is what I was hoping for. The first year we had -10 temps and it stayed cold except for two days. The second trip had -16 temps on the way there and it stayed cold most of the days. The third trip had gumbo mud with impassable roads.
