Looking for reviews on a meat cuber. I'd like an electric one, but they tend to be pricey. What about hand turned cubers? Did something to last and handle high volume amounts of meat. Thanks, Sarge

I bought the LEM brand cuber-tenderizer with jerky cutter this fall. Its hand cranked but works very well. We have done deer pork beef with no problems. Think it cost about 235$ shipped

If you need something soon the LEM is a good hand crank. If you can take your time, you can find older Hobart, Biro, Berkel and others around for not much more. They’re old, solid, plenty of parts if it may need fixing and electric. After searching for a couple months we found an older Hobart 401, new paint for 10 bucks a can you can have a $210 unit that will last a very long time.
