From what I hear from her , there is a lot of sorry lazy people that usps employe

What does this have to do with FnT since they ship using UPS. Which by the way, is no better.

FnT provides amazing customer service and I for one hope they not only survive this quote pandemic unquote (in sarcasm font) but also thrive thru it.

Everything is jacked up right now- if FnT cannot get it to you fast then I would guess nobody can!

Even MTP isn't immune. They normally ship lightening fast but my last order has been lagging behind. They made mention of the shippers being overwhelmed this time of year as one would expect. I ordered from Paul yesterday and got a notification it was shipped today. Pretty hard to beat.

Ordered from Traps USA. 12/27. Came today 01/02. 6 day service they used USPS. I think that's goods service. From Union, MO to NY. Over a holiday weekend. Yesterday I ordered from F+T. It usually comes in 3 to 5 days but we'll see. I'll post here when it comes

Lots of shipping delays this year from our experience. Once orders are picked up they are out of our control with UPS, Fed X or USPS. When checking on tracking numbers at times at a customers request an order or orders may sit for several days at one depot. Not like it use to be that is for sure.

When typically good service businesses have a problem we all have a problem usually. Short staffed due to covid, quarantines or other restrictions of staff distancing in a work place put restrictions on good production. F&T and MTP can have hundreds of orders to ship daily at times. Short staff really impacts the daily work load and how many orders can be processed each day.

Add to the trickle down effect when inventory can't be maintained due to shortages of product, shipment lag time and limited production from manufacturers.

All these things gum up the system for all of us especially during the peak of the season..
