I love having weasels around the yard. Leave her to trap it if she wants it gone. Same here. Years ago one had the run of the shop, no mice around in there in those days. A small finish nail tacking a piece of meat to the outside corners of the building keeps them happy. Osky

Better be very careful around those little guys, in fact my great-uncle was killed by a weasel. Yup, one night he was crossing the tracks and never heard the weasel......

I would say owl, hawks, coon, mink, skunk, fox, eagles and yotes would be as much of a treat to a chicken as a weasel. IMO

They are neat little critters. I was sitting in a campground north of Pinedale Wyoming and a pair of weasels hunted through the campground right past me. They just looked at me, said "how ya doin?" and kept on going.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

^ yep absolutely. I want them around my place and always love to see them but I haven't of late. I have absolutely no mice in my small work shed. They are a blessing to have.
