I’m making a 45” fleshing beam from 6” PVC. I’m planning on tracing a wire raccoon stretcher on it. Will it work? [Linked Image]
Here is how my knife fits on it.

It should work fine. I built one very similar and really like it.

I made mine out of a pvc pipe 8 or 10 inch diameter...
I traced out a wire coyote stretcher..
Works good

I made mine out of 6 inch pvc by tracing a coon stretcher. My advice it to make it a tad narrower on the top and cut the bottom hemisphere of the pipe off. It will facilitate is putting a raccoon on the beam properly without it bunching up and causing you to cut a bunch of holes. Trust me I learned the hard way

Also note I used a wood stretcher made to fha specs so I wouldn’t trace a wire stretcher, if you do, reduce the width and inch to an inch and a half per side

I squeezed the wire in to make it about 6inches wide and had my dad trace it so that should work.

Same here and like the larger area for my knife. About my only complaint would be that it may be great for larger critters, it's too wide for fox and smaller.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.
