There are more types of cheese in France than probably any country in the world, but not style. You can buy fresh cow milk cheese, only hours old, that has the same taste but is not in curds. Today in a health food store I saw it. Enjoying it now and it is darn good. Large curd with good flavor. No big deal, but it made my afternoon. Pete

Cottage cheese to settle the stomach, a jalapeño or two to clear the sinuses and chased down with black gi coffee.
