I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Made two loaves yesterday No knead in the Dutch oven One whole wheat and one white, both came out great, one issue that I had was bottom crust was pretty thick, Should I possibly leave parchment and just open top for final 15 minutes or something else, any suggestions for not so tuff bottom crust. Dang that’s a big loaf!

Made a batch of sourdough, one large loaf and half into bread bowls for our soup tonight.

Also made a dozen bagels for the week.

Must be the day for it. This was my first ever bread, and a big batch of venison vegetable soup. Both turned out great. Have made the soup many times but it was a first for bread. Surprised the wife when she got home from work.
