The concept that "scaring a few people is OK if it pleases a whole lot of people" misses the point of individual rights embodied in our US Constitution.

If this had happened to me, before I saw this video, I would have been screaming like a little girl as I stomped the little girl to death.



I am surprised more prank scares don't end badly. My first reaction, to being badly scared is to fight, usually by striking, kicking or stomping on whatever scared me badly.

That is EXACTLY the issue with so much of what is going on these days. Some people think they should be able to decide for others instead of everyone deciding for themselves.

My son showed me a video called pranked TV where a guy dresses up as a killer clown at night with an ax and chases people while they film it.
I told him it was a matter of time before that goes sideways. Sure enough a week later he shows me where the clown comes out of the dark with a chainsaw at a girl pumping gas and out of nowhere four guys run in and commence to stomp the face off the clown while the camera guys are running in to try and stop them. Lol

Only thing that really stinks is how much money the shooter lost.

Bullets are expensive now days.

That happened here in Nashville in an area that already had a crime problem - goes to show not doing your homework will cost you. Plenty of people carry down here already and our governor has introduced legislation for a Constitutional Carry Law where anyone 21 and over that can legally have a firearm can carry, no permit required. Play your games somewhere else...
