I’m not sure. Yesterday a Democrat went into great lengths about how the word “Shall” in the Constitution is there to remove all doubt regarding responsibility of those governing and what MUST be done.

The Dem was wrong. Actually the word "Shall" is old usage and is not used in proper legal terminology today. The word "Must" gives precedence to the enforcement aspect of legalities. Still confusing to many between the two terms.

The word Shall is related to Should.
Should is the past tense of Shall.

We have to understand, soon enough will will have new faces in DC pushing and pulling our laws back and forth. Look honestly at the ages of our most powerful politicians. Many won't be with us in 10 years or less. Some current politicians are in very poor health now, Jerrold Nadler, Joe Biden** and have we heard from Diane Fienstien lately? Faces are going to change fast in 5 years. They will be throwing many Hail Mary's the next 2 years. Just my humble opinion.

If the democrats repeal the second amendment we will never get it back again. It is not in the governments interest to allow it.
