I figured I might not get another chance. Haven't seen the pond frozen like this in over 20 years. That cracking ice noise when I chopped the holes is a pretty nerve racking thing. Wait until you drive a full sized truck across the lake!

How thick is that ice.Or should I say,,how thick is yer head??? About 4 inches or so. Plenty, no need for the rope...

Yeah, I tied myself to the farm side by side. It wasn't that bad. Brother caught 2 and I got the one. Had a couple come off at the surface. Out there maybe an hour. How can you ice fish for one hour without a beer? I am calling BS.

Too cold for a beer. Maybe some whiskey. foolishness , not to cold for beer till it freezes in the cooler , obviously no ice in the cooler it is to keep the beer warm enough to drink.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
