For the Texans on Trapperman:

Anyone remember the old Blackeyed Pea Restaurant ? They had one years ago down around the Houston area. I think there might still be one around the Ft Worth / Dallas area. They had a really good,, as I recall, New Orleans catfish Dinner.

Would be great to know how that dinner was prepared!!!

... I remember seeing it before down around the big city... that and Luthers BBQ.. don’t think I ever rate at either one more than once ....and we live on catfish so that’s not what you order on the rare times you get to go in a restaurant lol

Insert profound nonsense here

There were a bunch in Houston and one in Beaumont. Don't think I ever ate the New Orleans catfish.

Not all Texans hang out around cities.
Never heard of them.

Sit on your horse on top of a ridge, look out across the country and tell me there is no God.
