My Dad has not received his yet, I email for him and got a generic response.
Thank you for your email regarding nuisance wildlife. If you have a general nuisance wildlife question, we will respond as soon as possible.
If you are returning your 2020 Annual Report of Nuisance Wildlife Control Activities or inquiring about when you will get your 2021 permit, please assume we have received your report and will be issuing your permit soon. Your current permit does not expire until January 31, 2021 and new permits will be issued in the order we receive the 2020 reports (please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the time you submit your report).
If you have not received your 2020-2021 permit by the last week of January, we will send a 2nd notice stating we have not received your report. You will have additional time to get the report submitted before you are removed and have to re-test.
Please be patient with us while we process roughly 750 nuisance control operator reports and permits in a timely manner.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Anyone else still waiting to receive their nuisance 2021 license? Here our trapping licence covers our nuisance work. No need for any extra special nuisance licence.

I got a reply today and they claimed they had mailed it on 1/22/2020, lost in the mail I guess. They offered to send a new one, and attached a digital copy. Success!

UPDATE I called new ITA prez Steve McClintock and inquired if he had heard anything about it the delay on getting the nuisance permits out. He told me he called IDNR and that permits should be out this week or next week. Thanks Steve! Thanks Mike!
