Like, all of their weapons or just the semi automatic carbines and rifles?

I'll venture that 0% of the people who shouldn't own firearms will register them.

As for the rest of the American's who legally may possess a firearm, I'd say 50% chance they register one. IDK if they will register all of them.

There's a lot of fudds out there, and a lot of those fudds are willing to accept a lot of gun control if it comes from the party they like. Since this thing is being pushed by democrats and not republicans though, I'd give it 25%.

I guess If you have a hunting license your going to have to register your gun. So I'm saying around 70% will.

everyone is a muzzle loader hunter then

they won't be after muzzle loaders for registration for a few more years.

Yeah... muzzleloader rifles and shotguns won't be targeted for a few more years. So, muzzleloader hunting is what we do.

Unless you need a stamp or license for that too?

So, stamps and method of take specific licenses were the start of registering and knowing who has what.... Dang.... We don't have firearm licenses here so don't know. We just have a hunting license and you go do your thing.

The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never let the dumbest ones lead the pack.
